Confidentiality Agreement and Non-Disclosure Agreement

This Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of [Date], by and between [www.goodcreditforever.com], a company registered in the state of New Jersey, United States,  and ("Partner(s)").

1. Confidential Information:a. The term "Confidential Information" shall include any and all information or material that has or could have commercial value or other utility in the business in which Company is engaged. This includes, but is not limited to, financial information, marketing strategies and plans, investment amounts, commission rates, proprietary technology, and any other information relating to Company's business operations.

2. Non-Disclosure:a. Partner agrees not to disclose, directly or indirectly, any Confidential Information to any third party without the prior written consent of Company. b. Partner agrees to use the Confidential Information solely for the purpose of carrying out activities related to the business relationship between Partner and Company.

3. Duty to Protect:a. Partner agrees to take all reasonable precautions to protect the confidentiality of the Confidential Information and to prevent it from falling into the hands of unauthorized persons.

4. Acknowledgment:a. Partner acknowledges that they have been made aware of this Agreement and have had the opportunity to review it. Partner further acknowledges that any failure to abide by the terms of this Agreement may result in irreparable harm to Company.

5. Agreement Acceptance:a. By joining Company as a Partner, Partner acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, as displayed on the Company's website [www.goodcreditforever.com]. Partner understands that no signature is required for acceptance and that acceptance is implied upon receipt of any form of payment, including but not limited to commissions on sales and distributions from profits.

6. Damages for Breach:a. Partner agrees that any breach of this Agreement may result in damages to Company and other Partners. In the event of a breach, Partner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Company and other Partners from any damages incurred as a result of the breach.

7. Governing Law:a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New Jersey, without giving effect to its conflicts of laws principles.

8. Entire Agreement:a. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written, between the parties.
